CAPTURE

When a new batch of concrete arrives on site, field technicians have the capability to collect sample data and generate new specimens systematically.

• Input essential details including sample ID, ticket number, placement, date, and wet concrete information directly through the app, even without internet connectivity.
• Data is automatically synchronized with the ForneyVault database.
• This functionality allows for prompt access to critical data, aiding future steps in the construction materials testing workflow.

CLAIM

To promote accountability on-site, managers and field technicians can claim specimens effectively.

• Samples can be filtered by various parameters such as sample ID, project ID, location, sample data, and status.
• Assign chain of custody statuses to each specimen, including Cast, Assigned, Claimed, Collected, and Delivered.
• Technicians can claim specimens that are yet to be received at the lab or delegate the responsibility for specimen pick-up to others.

LOCATE

Field technicians assigned to retrieve specimens are equipped with a map feature that pinpoints the exact locations of these specimens on-site.
